How long should I book for my first session?

You can choose from a 30-minute, 45-minute, 60-minute or in some cases 90-minute session, when booking for a treatment.

However, we would always suggest a 60 minute treatment or at a minimum, 45 minutes for your first session. As we will need to include a full subjective and objective assessment before the treatment will commence. If you have any queries please feel free to contact us and discuss further.
